Formerly known as the Omni Park Central, the Park Central Hotel is located in the heart of Mid-Town Manhattan. Renovations that exceeded $60 million in 1991 have made this hotel one of the top places to stay while visiting New York City. Guests will notice the extensive renovations from the moment that they set foot into the hotel. The lobby is elegantly decorated with marble, brass fixtures and lavish furnishings. Park Central Hotel boasts 935 newly decorated and furnished guest rooms including 235 Executive Club rooms on floors 17-25, 21 suites and 29 handicap accessible rooms. Brand new carpeting, drapes, beds and linens adorn each guest room. All rooms have dual-line direct dial speakerphones with dataports, conference capability and voicemail. All rooms are individually climate controlled. The guest rooms also have a color television with cable, Nintendo and pay-per-view movies. Additional amenities include hairdryer, iron, ironing board, alarm clock radio and in-room safe. Roll-away beds are available upon request for an additional fee while baby cribs are Suite View at the Park Central Hotelprovided free of charge. Children ages 18 and under stay at the Park Central for free.

Executive Club Rooms

The Executive Club rooms cost $25 more a night than the Standard rooms. These living accommodations are ideal for the business traveler who likes to work from the comfort of his/her own room. The Executive Club rooms come with a working desk and fax machine. The rooms feature either a king size bed or two queen size beds. Other amenities include a mini-bar, coffee maker, bathroom phone and newspaper delivery. Guests who stay in these rooms are given access to the Executive Club lounge and concierge. The lounge provides complimentary continental breakfast and hors d'oeuvres during the week.

Superb Services and Amenities

The Park Central Hotel provides it's guests with excellent services and amenities. The hotel is home to Centrale, a trendy restaurant that serves up Euro-fusion cuisine. Guests can enjoy a pre-dinner cocktail after a day of sightseeing or business meetings at the Park Central Lounge, which is located off of theGuestroom at the Park Central Hotel lobby. The Wellness Fitness Center is located on the 3rd floor and is a great place for guests to maintain their exercise routine. The hotel also has 3,900 square feet of newly renovated meeting space that can easily cater to 175 people. The Park Central also has it's own beauty salon, barber shop, florist, drugstore and coffee shop. The hotel keeps a doctor on call 24-hours a day.
